WITH 600 horsepower and a capability to reach a speed of 100 km an hour in just 2.1 seconds, the first Nissan GT-R Nismo sold in Cyprus by Charalambos Pilakoutas was delivered to its buyer at the New Nissan Cyprus Ltd showroom in Nicosia.
Nissan has built only 200 of this GT-R model and only 60 have been offered for sale in Europe. The car is the first grey matte colour to be sold in Europe.
This is the first supercar on the island and it retails at €250,000. According to a spokesperson at Char. Pilakoutas, “the buyer wishes to remain anonymous.”
They added that all sales for the car are completed and it will not be available on the island for ordering, as per the small amount available.
It was tested at the Nurburgring track in Germany and was clocked at 7:08.679, when former FIA GT 1 racer, Michael Krumm, took it for a spin around the track. The car was equipped with the track package that is available to customers as well. “The car sold is exactly the same as the one tested, except for the front lip.”
The Nissan GT-R Nismo has a twin turbo V6 3.8 litre engine and has 600 horsepower. The electronically controlled suspension settings have three functions: Track, Race, and Race Plus
